Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling 🤍
Any changes made within 24 hours - include rescheduling might subject to a 40% service fee.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure all services quality.
Rescheduled appointments are considered final and cannot be cancelled without charge.
Cancellations within 12 hours and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
